Germany lifts entry restrictions for Albanian travelers from Albania to Germany.

📌The German Federal Government has lifted all entry restrictions for people residing in Albania. The decision takes effect today, Sunday, 20.06.2021. From that date, residents of Albania with biometric passports may once again travel to Germany for all categories of travel.

All Arjani Travel passengers traveling to Germany must meet one of the following criteria:
1) a COVID test, or
2) proof of recovery from the disease
3) or vaccination with a vaccine recognized by the EMA.

📌Specifically, Germany recognizes the Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Holders of biometric passports need two doses of an EMA-approved vaccine, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson.

📌For travelers entering Germany overland from Croatia, a test before departure is still required (a PCR test no earlier than 72 hours before departure, or an antigen test no earlier than 48 hours before departure).
